I visited this place on two occasions with my son and would never go back. The office staff in my opinion have no idea what the word professional means. I guess that word means different things to different people. On both occasions we waited over an hour and if I didn't walk up to the desk to ask why the wait, I wouldn't have been given the same lame excuse in such a condescending and patronizing manner. This place is the greatest, I need a lot of work done and they never hurt me. Dr. Hyon is a rockstar dentist!!!! From the time I walked in til the time I left, everyone was so so nice!!!! I love this place and I'm happy they're my Dentist!!!!!!
