I had an appointment on Thursday November 12, 2020 for a urine test which I did. Nurse Vanessa Daniels called me twice and I missed her calls. Now I am told to reschedule my appointment on December 11, 2020 for a 15 second phone call which my medication will have run out. She gave me instructions to have a xray performed, and I will have to wait for the results next month as well. The frustration just intensifies the pain I'm already feeling. This is totally unacceptable.
