Went to the office and told them I had delta dental and only wanted a cleaning and anything that insurance would cover. They took xrays ,did exam and said I need a 900 deep cleaning. I asked for just a regular cleaning and they refused. I went back to my old dentist that day and they said I was fine and didn't need a deep cleaning it was just a way for them to make a lot of money. Delta also refused to pay for the xrays they took because it was too soon. what a ripoff joint.
It had been years since I had been to the dentist, so I was apprehensive dealing with a new dentist in a new state. Dr. Chapman is the MOST GENTLE dentist I have ever been to! He spent a lot of time looking at the condition of my teeth, my bite, etc. I see why everyone rates him highly....he is a great person and a gentle, compassionate dentist!
Though he was a good dentist, he recently abruptly left all of his patients in Gainesville, Florida without notification. I am now scrambling trying to find a new dentist for my family. The right thing as a doctor and for your patients would have been proper notification in a timely manner. No loyalty - unprofessional!
Dr. Chapman is an excellent dentist. His staff is great and I like his personality. I trust his decisions and he will answer all your questions.
Accountant / office manager gave unnecessary and unwanted opinion about immigration in US. Also criticised condition of my teeth. Dental work satisfactory but way overpriced.
Extremely irresponsible staff. Changing schedules without notice. Extremely rude and condescending.
Wife and I both have used Dr. Chapman for the past four years. He and his staff are truly the best.
