Dr. Pirkle has been our family dentist for over a decade. His work is excellent. My husband and I have referred other family members to him. His staff has always been pleasant and very accommodating. This former teacher gives Dr. Pirkle an A!

When I refused the yearly X-rays - which are not mandatory contrary to what anyone tells you unless there’s an issue such as tooth decay- Brianna Webb, the so called dr, came into the room visibly upset. She was rude, condescending and seemed frustrated that she couldn’t coerce me into getting X-rays. She started inspecting my mouth with the sharp explorer in such an aggressive way I told her to stop and got out of there so quickly. Avoid this office at all costs. I have delta dental insurance, this dentist referred me to periodontics in Vero. After 2 office visits, I ended up ~1000 bills and my insurance only pays $252.80. I am responsible for over ~700 bill. There are 2 in-network periodontics in Vero and my insurance would cover 80% of the cost. But I do not know why Pirkle referred me to an out-network provider. Avoid Pirkle and Jeffery Brown at all costs if you have delta dental insurance.

Office manager was rude, they preferred to treat my wallet instead of me. I flew back to Illinois a week after my visit here and saw my old dentist. He confirmed they were trying to sell me unwanted procedures.
