The facility is very clean and practices excellent COVID procedures and precautions. All equipment is sanitized after every individual use and everyone practices social distancing as well as wearing masks at all times. Although I’m injured and in pain..my trainer John Mizoguchi helps me to get stronger and feel better..getting me ready for my job so I can be 💯 percent. Very professional, knowledgeable staff, especially Mr. Mizoguchi. But Seahawks paraphernalia?!?!
Very friendly service and they have great equipment and clean bathroom. Hours varies depending on the clients. See door for days and times.
The place is very nice and the trainers are awesome and fun people. The time flies by because everyone is chatting, but still getting what they need done.
