Just had dinner here. Decent food, poor service. Our waitress seemed annoyed and the host staff was distracted. Brought our 5 yr old to see pirates - didn't see one and when asked about the pirates we were told to just look around and find one ourselves. Disappointed.
Love it the service was a superb food yummy yummy got to go again
The first time I ate at The Pirates' House was in 1953, and the last time I was in Savannah in the mid-1990's, it was still at the top of my must do lunch list! A lot of changes to the menu and ownership during the past many years, and it's great to see that the hospitality, charm, and fantastic food prevail:)
My husband & I visited this great place on our honeymoon in 2008 & again this past weekend. It's just as we remembered. Great food with a pirate theme. It is what it is & it's wonderful at it. The staff was super friendly & the food was excellent. The pecan fried chicken, southern spring rolls & she - crab soup were to die for!! This will always be included in any trip we take to Savannah.
I enjoyed my first time eating There last Sunday' Steve was great ' the shrimp' the mimosa' & them biscuits.......umhumm!!! I'm omw rite now tryin 2 catch Tha buffet*
Loved it!!!
We enjoyed dinner here on our last night in Savannah, and it was well worth it! The food was amazing, especially the biscuits and the shrimp and grits appetizer. Wait Staff was very polite and attentive, and the history attached to it made it so much more enjoyable. Plan on coming back when we come down in August. The price is a wee bit on the higher side, but I recommend it if you can!
Food was pretty good. Great gift shop upstairs. Host up front was really rude though. I didn't catch his name.
The food was awesome, and the service was great also. We both did the buffet and I thought it was probably the best meal we had. I especially loved the fresh tasting fried okra!
