We didn't get to go last year so we tried it this year. I thought this place was going to be a tourist trap but they actually have very, very good food. I could tell I was going to have a great meal because their complimentary biscuits and cornbread alone were superb. I had pecan crusted fried chicken. It was delicious and a very big serving-breast, thigh, leg, and wing. After your meal, a pirate will give you a short tour of the house. You have to eat here if you are in Savannah, GA.

Will never eat at this place again. Cell phone stolen from our table on Monday, July 27th around 8:30 PM and manager was rude and unhelpful. Refused to do anything and would not questions anyone. Our server suddenly disappeared and no one seemed concerned.
Cool spot but was disappointed by the bar experience! Only thing that helped was Annie the pirate who chatted us up for a lil bit! I hear dining experience is great though.
Thought this place was supposed to be family friendly. Our waiter made us feel like second class citizens because we had a one year old baby. Our daughter was playing with some sugar packets and he asked us to give them all to him now because he would have to pick them up later even though we said we will pick up after her. We were very disappointed. There was definitely no southern hospitality here.
Great atmosphere. Great food. Attentive staff (waiter James). I will return!!!
The bartender "COUNTRY" was awesome and one of the best waitresses I've had on my vacation to savannah.
