The manager knew that car wash was broke but the workers still were routing cars through it, no soap, no armor all, nothing but water came out, end result was smeared dirt on my truck. Waited an hour for the kid to detail moving slower than molasses in winter time and chit chatting with workers, i offered to grab a towel to help. Really sad that this is the nearest to Alamo Ranch.
Wait times are way to long for upgrade services. Been here 50 minutes and they are just starting. One guy, no sense of urgency!
I can't believe the customer service at this place! I came in the evening more than 30 minutes before close, and was refused interior service. I can understand that their policy is that they no longer do interior an hour before close, however, the excuse they gave me was that the OWNER was there and the employee didn't feel like getting chewed out! NEVER AGAIN!!! Rude managers and RUDE Owner!!! Did a horrible job on my tundra and I paid $120 For bad work! I took my truck in 2x and it was still dirty! This place will take your money in a heart beat and not get the job done right!
