Have good staff, but horrible management they stay in the office all day, one young man working on cars all by himself but other then that good car wash
The worst car wash service here in San Antonio I took my truck to get washed the machine even dry it and it's not even cleaned and the manager was on the phone to discuss with him the argument but he was to be seen a personal phone call
The manager knew that car wash was broke but the workers still were routing cars through it, no soap, no armor all, nothing but water came out, end result was smeared dirt on my truck. Waited an hour for the kid to detail moving slower than molasses in winter time and chit chatting with workers, i offered to grab a towel to help. Really sad that this is the nearest to Alamo Ranch.
Wait times are way to long for upgrade services. Been here 50 minutes and they are just starting. One guy, no sense of urgency!
I can't believe the customer service at this place! I came in the evening more than 30 minutes before close, and was refused interior service. I can understand that their policy is that they no longer do interior an hour before close, however, the excuse they gave me was that the OWNER was there and the employee didn't feel like getting chewed out! Have never had a problem. Always courteous and thorough. They get all our business for all our vehicles.
Very nice staff and excellent wash! Always willing to go above and beyond.
Love the place in and out. Free vacuums. Can't beat the price.
