On October 2nd 2020, I took my **** Mustang (only ****** original miles) to the ****** location. I paid for the top wash and was guided into the tunnel by the attendant. Upon exiting, I went to the vacuums and noticed that although included in the wash I purchased, the tires had not been cleaned. I used to have great service when it came to washing my vehicles, until recently! My boys used to work there so maybe that was why it was great! Just today I went in to get my car washed and left, then I noticed I still had caked up dirt on the back. We took it back maybe 10 minutes later and the manager said there was nothing he could do because we had already left the property! I used to love this place. For 7 years! They just put in new vacuums and they are terrible, no suction! I’ll be finding a new car wash.
Not bad, but they don't have a place to scrub bugs off your vehicle beforehand like at similar car washes (or maybe I missed it). Vacuum area is not shaded.
I ran my car through yesterday after a long road trip. Was very disappointed that the attendant with the scrub brush barely touched the front grill of my car. Still had bugs stuck all over the front of my car. I wasn't expecting a full service wash however I did expect my car to look clean. I also paid for the most expensive wash offered.
This place is great! I have been going with them for the past 2 years! Management is always out there giving a hand to the workers which you dnt see much in other places! great group of guys! Wash keeps my truck clean and the guys keep the interior clean! Thank you guys!
I absolutely love this place. They have the best service. I have a monthly membership that allows me to get as many car washes as I want a month. And today when I went to get the truck completely cleaned inside and out, one of their guys offered to help carry all my stuff to put back in the truck (I had two car seats. Three camping chairs. A bag from the grocery store. My purse. And a few other odds and ends). Pirates cove will continue to get my business because their customer service is exceptional

About a week ago, I drove my truck through. I politely asked the employee with the scrub brush if he would get my back window, as the car wash never gets the back window well. His response to me was "I'm not obligated to do that." I almost laughed at his choice of words, but I put the tip money I was about to give him back in my wallet and proceeded through. I won't be back. Truck was still dirty after the wash too. Not wasting my money here.
