My Jeep is just as dirty as when I came in. Some kid did a half ass bug scrub with a brush. No towel dry, wheels still muddy, bugs still everywhere. I paid for the highest package without the detailing and am extremely disappointed. Guess I'll take the Jeep home and do it right. Only good thing was the free Vaccuums.

I was with my daughter, when she went through last month and her car barely looked like it had gotten wet.

First time here and my last prices are ridiculously high. I used to live in Tampa Fl i used to get full service inside and out for less them twenty bucks, got the cheapest wash they had had to add on the inside and still had to pay over twenty, very little soap my rims were still dirty, i do not recommend this car wash to anyone.

My experience is usually acceptable for a quick wash. Today (Aug 13 2016) went in for a quick wash. First time I had to wait for the "line-up"guy to cone out. The brush guy never came out, the car went through and the whole back end came out as dirty as it went in. By the time I realized it they were closed. This has happened before so I think is time I was my car elsewhere. Sad... This one is so convenient..

Took my car to Pirates Cove car wash and it was the worst job ever. My car is not clean and I paid $30 for exterior and interior with ArmorAll and I will have to reclean it when I get home. Armor All, is all over the glass, radio etc. Dirt still on hood and by license plate, water spots all over the vehicle. I do not recommend them!
