They need to pay better attention to detail, especially when it comes to vacuuming. Not satisfied, time to find a new car wash location for my SUV.
Not sure what's going on here, but quality has declined in the last few years. And I hate, HATE, the upsell. Just give me the wash I asked for.
Excellent service ... recently moved from area and will greatly miss them.
There is no area for kids. Plus, they didn't vacuum behind my 2nd row seats nor clean in the third row seat. Also, my dash wasn't completely wiped down. Definitely not going back!

Paid 10.99 for the crappiest car wash I have ever received (only exterior). I stopped paying for interior work years ago because I've never been happy with the vacuum job. Today I just got the outside washed because I did not have enough time to wash it myself. The car was hardly cleaned. Dirt smudges left all over and there were spots left on the windows.
