I can't recommend this place if your vehicle has a manual transmission(I may have to cancel before they destroy my car), otherwise I would only recommend the monthly $33 unlimited wash plan as you get slightly more than a gas station drive-thru wash which can cost $10 on it's own each run but with this membership you can go multiple times per week making it a lot cheaper in the long run.
I’ve been meaning to write this review for about a month now. I took my Grand Cherokee in for a hand wash after hearing a few good things about this place so imagine my surprise when I pay a good amount extra for a hand wash and I swear a shady gas station drive thru car wash would have Don’t the exact same job. They didn’t touch the roof of my vehicle. It was like they had it in their heads that because they can’t see it, means they don’t have to worry about it. Would not recommend using this establishment
I came in to get my Jeep hand waxed. I sat outside in front watching the girl barely wax my car. She didn't wax or touch the roof at all. I didn't say anything probably should have, I just took my key and left. I won't go back.
I paid 149 dollars for a detail...my car steering wheel was still dirty the place everything in a bag after I told them not to. My quilt my deceased grandmother made me got wet with water bottles in a bag. I told them not to touch it. The gas area where you pump gas was filthy. My car mats were not place back on my floor boards. My trunk pull extender was dirty. I don't recommend this place at all. Half assed wash jobs. I quit getting my car done there awhile back. Thought I’d give it another shot. Same old crap. Wheels were half clean, side mirrors half clean, running boards still dirty. Instead of so many half price days y’all should advertise what days you’re going to do it right, or tell me what package I have to pay for to get a decent detail.
Horrible!!! No attention to detail. I’m canceling my membership!
The last two times I have been and paid for their higher package my car has not been cleaned properly. The outside was good but the inside was not vacuumed, nothing was wiped down, and the person I tried to discuss it with didn’t speak enough English to communicate with me. I am extremely disappointed in the service, I used to enjoy taking my cars here!
