I got my car washed last Wednesday and they did a very bad job the inside was worse then the outside and I paid good money I was very upset and still am
First time there spent twenty dollars to get a big scratch on my steering wheel and have my car vaccumed half way. Horrible service teenager had no idea how to communicate

Horrible! Don’t even know what I paid for. Have been here for over an hour with 2 kids they are now having to re clean my car was told it would only be 30-45 mins.
Horrible customer service and they trapped my car in the parking lot. I would not go back and will never recommend this car wash.
i would not recocomend this place at all! they are pure lazy! didnt wash my jeep at all my hood was still all dirty and i got the wheel deal and my rims were still so dirty! oh and they got my seat all wet and and water in my speaker and when i got managent involved he did NOTHING and just walked off! i have been going there for years and they treat a returning valuable customer like this! i came home and finished there unfinished work. pirates cove considered my car clean. last time i checked this isnt clean at all! im very... read more
The website says Pirates Cove closes at 6:30pm on Saturday’s and I didn’t see anything on the website about a cutoff time. I pulled up at exactly 6pm and was turned away. 😤
They not only do a great job cleaning they are honest too! I accidentally left two of my favorite bracelets under the seat in my car. Cause they were snagging on my sweater. When I got back in the car after they had cleaned and swept, my bracelets were on my back seat. Thank you!
