If I could give zero stars, I would. The “Golf Cart Parade” happens every night and goes on until 11:00 PM. They blare their music and shine bright lights at your campers. After multiple complaints, management still refuses to do anything to fix the issue.
I am very disappointed in this campground. My son was stopped at the gate and told motorcycles were not allowed because they are too loud however we are forced to suffer through their golf cart parade every night u til 11 pm. Blaring music, people driving while drinking, running into to each other, total chaos and disorder. The campground has security but they are worthless! Nothing was done after multiple complaints. I emailed PirateLand 6 days ago regarding a complaint that I wanted addressed by someone in management. I emailed them again yesterday morning and still nothing. My best guess is Management is not interested in my complaints. How is an establishment like this supposed to get better at Customer Satisfaction if they can't even acknowledge customers when they bring up a concern? Tiny homes sooo cute
Great place to take the kids!!! Bathrooms and campsites were clean. Lots to do for the kids, pools were amazing! Staff was very friendly !!
