Very nice
Such a Beautiful place to live! Nice and quiet and always enjoyed watching the storms come in from the balcony. The employees are friendly and caring and the hallways and laundry facilities were always kept clean. I never had any issues that needed maintenance but I had met some of the maintenance people and they were always friendly. Great place to live!
Living here was the best part of my time in Madison..if I wasn't moving out of state, I would never be leaving here! I work in housing services and can say with confidence that Pirate Island Apartments offers some of the best rates in Madison for the quality of the units, in a great location for anyone who enjoys the water. I never had a single maintenance issue or complaint, the unit I rented was so energy efficient my utility bill was almost always less than $35/month, and there are spots to launch a kayak or moor a boat o... read more
