I work in housing services and can say with confidence that Pirate Island Apartments offers some of the best rates in Madison for the quality of the units, in a great location for anyone who enjoys the water. Worst staff ever! Teresa is a liar and a racist! They fix nothing and refuse to respond to anything. I rented for a year and did nothing wrong and they didn't resign me only to find out that Teresa lied about something that is hateful and let's just say, she's EXTREMELY HOMOPHOBIC. Also found out that Teresa lied about a few neighbors and said they were obsessively partying which was NEVER a thing here as it was so quiet and peaceful and that's why I liked it at first. SHAME ON YOU TERESA AND STAFF FOR BELIEVING SUCH AN INSU... read more
