This place will take your money but not inform you of unposted policies. Their MINORS ALLOWED sign states they can be in there all days until 9:00. But we were kicked out at 7:00 on a Saturday night because we had minors. All this after we had ordered a pizza over an hour earlier that never came because they ran out of pizza dough and left our kids without food!! I will never be back and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Business response:

Dear Danielle: My brother Eugene and I, the co-founders, would like to personally apologize. Please send us a note to play@pipsandbounce.com, and we’ll do whatever we can to make things right. We started Pips & Bounce to give everyone a great place to play, and we deeply sorry that we spoiled your fun.

Saturday 7:30, staff, service, were on point. We were reminded when we only had 5 mins left. The whole blacklight ping pong experience was great, actually made it easier to pick-up the ball, maybe. Really fun hour.

The service was terrible!! The two ladies working the front desk were not friendly at all! Appears customer service is not their strong suit! Great idea, ping pong and beer, but with service like that we won't be back! Great way to lose business! Good luck!
