I took a tour here just recently. Beautiful lofts in a great location. I would highly recommend to anyone! It isn't quite time for me to move yet but I think I know where I'll end up!

If you have a 9-5 job or travel for work, good luck trying to do business with the management company. Nothing but headaches for 2 years now. And the turn over is so bad that no one knows what is happening. 4 managers in 2 years, one from before the buy-out. The building is great, but the administrative rules and regulations change depending on the person you talk to - once even mid-conversation. I'll stay with the building though, I'm sure I'll have another manager soon anyway.
