The units are spacious, very modern, filled with natural light, and surprisingly quiet. I love the location of the apartments and the pool is great during summer months
Piper Lofts is my favorite of all places I have lived in Kansas City. The location is awesome and they actually have amenities unlike other 'luxury lofts' who advertise that they do but actually don't.
I didn't end up leasing at Piper because I decided to move closer to work, but Vanessa Grayson (community manager) was top-notch. Super accommodating, informative, and she seemed to know each resident personally!
Love calling this place my home. Perfect location, awesome view, great amenities and amazing management and staff. Very accommodating when I moved in and worked with me on breaking my lease due to a job transfer. I’m going to miss living here�

I loved my time living at piper! Perfect location and the BEST amenities. From the pool, to the market on the top floor, I am definitely going to miss this place! The staff here are so fun and always host events to get everyone together! This is the best place to live downtown! ��
