This is my attempt at a comprehensive review aimed at people deciding where to live in this area. My summary: Piper Lakes is the impeccable choice among complexes in the greater Grand Haven area. Great atmosphere, great ladies in the office, safe environment and I never feel “alone”! I feel as if it is resort type living!!

Great community! As an out of towner, this was the perfect fit for me to meet new people as they regularly hold events in the clubhouse, which have been great! Staff is so friendly and welcoming! Only downfall is that I will most likely not be staying after my lease ends due to inflated monthly rent, but overall GREAT place to live!
Love living here! It’s close to everything I need. Heather and India are very kind and responsive. The apartments are brand new and are great. Maintenance is always very quick. So happy I decided to move here! And the dog park is a huge plus!
Beautiful apartments, convenient location and great amenities! Best of all are Heather and India for doing such an amazing job!!
