The bartender didn’t smile or seem friendly at all, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Customer service plays a big role in hospitality, and this interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. I hope this can be improved in the future.
The atmosphere and staff were great, and we truly appreciated the welcoming service. Unfortunately, our dining experience was let down by the food. We ordered a steak and specifically requested it to be cooked medium rare, but it was served medium-well, almost well-done, making it very tough and chewy.

Always great food. The half price wings and appetizers after 9pm are a great deal. Lots of good beers on tap and the service is excellent
