Called 30 minutes prior to confirm. Replaced parts and gave advice on other projects. Gone in 30 minutes. I am happy with service. 1 year warranty on labor.
I had problems with our toilet flushing too hard and water spraying out. In no time at all, Jeff with Pipe Dream Plumbing was there and diagnosed the problem. It flushes correctly now and I will call them again for all my plumbing needs!!
Doesn't take responsibility – I had a backup sump pump installed in May 2008 by Pipe Dream Plumbing. Since installation the "Pump is defective or not connected" light had come on and the alarm has gone off several times after it self tested. I would say this has happened approximately 5-6 times in the 3.5 years I have had it. They were out on two separate occasions and were able to get the unit working again after messing around with it and resetting.
