My wife and I got back home early this morning from a 2 week vacation and found our house freezing cold. It was colder inside than outside. I called Pipe Doctor Plumbing, Heating & AC, pressed 9 for emergency service and Mike answered the phone. This was at 5:30am this morning. By 7am my house was warm again. Simply priceless service. My heat went out on Christmas afternoon. I literally called 20 plumbers - no one answered until I checked out yellowpages.com and found Pipe Doctor. I don't recall who answered the phone but he really tried to help me over the phone for like 20 minutes before we decided to have someone come out. The plumber, Mike, arrived in 45 minutes. My central AC went out for our office. Pipe Doctor came out quickly, went up on the roof and in less than an hour fixed the issue. The repair total was more than I expected and my usual guy is cheaper but I needed it fixed ASAP.

Came home late last night and my heat was broken. Called many plumbers and only Mike from Pipe Doctor answered my call. He arrived within 30 minutes and fixed my boiler. The price was fair considering it was 1:30am and he had the part on the truck. I purchased service agreement so now I will call them whenever I have an issue. Great job! Love my new #queensplumber @PLUMBERMIKE

My furnace did not stop running and it was over 90 degrees inside my house. Pipe Doctor came right away. The man was very professional and clean. He fixed the issue right away. The repair was hundreds of dollars but he fixed it so I am happy. It was helpful that they took credit card. I loved how I got the receipt in my email within seconds of him leaving. Pretty cool and advanced technology that Pipe Doc uses #thepipedoctor

WOW! Mike from Pipe Doctor is amazing! My furnace stopped working early this morning. Called Pipe Doc. Mike quickly found what was wrong, fixed the issue and told me ways on how to prevent future issues! LOVE PIPE DOCTOR @longislandplumber @thepipedoctor
