SERVICE IS MEDIOCRE. It should be obvious that all the glowing reviews here were written by the company and its employees. Unfortunately, I was too stupid to realize that when I called them. If you are looking for someone reliable and reasonable, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

My AC went out one evening and I called The Pipe Doctor, even though they were booked the next day they were able to fit me in that evening. The repairman that came out was very professional, fast and knowledgable; the lady I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice and compassionate. The repair cost was reasonable, not cheap, but reasonable for the Long Island area. I would definately recommend this company to others.
This company is exceptional at making their customers #1. They answered their phone by a real person and came on time to our home in Valley Stream to fix our plumbing.
This company should be an example that others set the standard to! Countless hvac and plumbers claim 24 hour service, only to get their machine after hours. We called at 9pm, got a real person on the phone who actually successfully helped us over the phone and saved me BIG BUCKS!
