Dirty ! not very user friendly ! Not very accommodating to the people that rent the auto shop kind of takes over dirty smells
Horrible customer service. Rude, unreasonable people run this facility. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. We've had a storage unit here for roughly 10 years, with automatic payments that are always on time. They put a lock on our unit by accident when the adjacent unit was locked. We hired help to move a bunch of things and went with a full van only to find it the unit locked. Five rats infested my parents' storage ate my 180 dollar pc headset abunch of my mother business stuff got eaten by rats
Really nice people from what interactions I’ve had with them. United at least on Farmington Road are not that bad. I got a 10*10, didn’t know at the time it was heated. Bonus! But all other places i was looking at $120+, found this, after taxes, $90.
