Manager is awesome , she answers all questions and helped with paperwork. I recommend it, manager is working very hard to make a difference and the maintenance guy is on top of it too, always picking up trash. You can see the effort.
landlord doesn’t communicate, went in for an application and have been trying to contact the landlord because a gatecode is needed for entry. I don’t have a gatecode so I’ve been trying to call so I can get it to drop off the application I have filled out weeks ago , my calls get forwarded and so does my sisters. very unprofessional
