Satisfied customers We've used Pioneer Valley Oil for 4 years or so and they have always had friendly customer service, good prices, and quick service. I would highly recommend to others.
not happy lately We've been customers for 4 years and if we needed a delivery on the same day which has happened once or twice, they will do it. However, on our last delivery, they wanted to bill a surcharge for same day, $25 I think. I'm sad to see a company that has had great customer service now forgets it's loyal customers. They are usually very competitive for lowest price and deliver as scheduled.
Pioneer Valley Oil We have used this company for 2 years now and have been reasonably satisfied with it. They have a very friendly polite staff and make deliveries on time. They are also reasonably priced. I would recommend checking them out.
