Worst doctors office ever. Paid my bill with them after they were so very rude to me. Almost a year later after never going back they charged me again. Went round and round with them and had to pay again per them. So they took every bit of money had left for Christmas. None of them could have cared less. This place should be closed for good

Worst doctors office I have been to in the 30+ years that I've lived in Elko. They seem to care nothing for the people that come in for help. They seem to only want money. The "doctor" talks about other patients personal lives and should have retired years ago. If you end up seeing a nurse practitioner don't expect to be helped at all. Go somewhere else or to the emergency room at the hospital, because that's where they will send you. I've seen a lot of doctors around town for one issue and Dr. Bergeron was the first one to listen closely, trust my instincts, and find the diagnosis. Him and his staff have always been kind to me and patient to listen. I'm have a tremendous amount of gratitude to Pioneer for their dedication to the patient!!!!

I would give 0/5 stars if I could. The doctor was always nice to me but the office manager was constantly rude to me. Even sent me a letter saying how I would never be treated there again. Never have I seen such poor professionalism. They only want to see patients, I think, that are simple and non-recurring situations.
