About Us:Frank and Mary Jan were married in 1983, and began planting trees that year. As the family grew over the years, so did the farm. Frank and Mary Jan have three children: Charles, Matthew and Amy. They helped to expand and improve the tree farm over the years and continue to help out during the Holiday season. We have been going to Pioneer for years. Unfortunately, today the staff was unkind to my 5 year old child. He had found a bamboo stick while we were looking for a tree. He utilized it as a “walking stick”. When we returned to the barn to have the tree wrapped, a staff member ripped it out of his hand. He reduced my small child to tears ruining what should have been a pleasant Christmas time experience! RecommendedWe went to actually cut down a tree & when we went in they had trees already cut & found the most perfect Frazier Fur.... the people that worked there were the nicest people!! We have an artificial tree but I wanted a real tree this year...I missed the smell..
We been coming here for 6 years!! It’s always a fun, family experience and we always find our perfect tree!! Love it here and we will never go anywhere else!

We’ve been coming there for 15 years. Love the trees. Staff is very friendly. We usually get Scotch Pine, but there was a limited selection this year. This is the first time in the 61 years of my life we are trying a Fir tree, Ill post pics when it’s finished. We’ll be back next year
