They lack of costumer service. They do not take no for an answer, and don’t stop pushing for sales. I told them I have a new roof, and not in a need of anything, and still pushed for an appointment. I understand they’re trying to get customers, but they have to find better sales people to do so, or at least a little bit more trained on how to approach each case. It was a shame I had to hang up on them cause they wouldn’t stop talking.
Won't quit calling me! Even after I told them my husband puts on roofs siding and windows. I've asked to be removed four times, yesterday they called twice with the second girl being very sarcastic! Please stop calling me!!!!
Rude and hangs during conversation.
Called and won't take "I'm not interested if they aren't offering a grant to help pay for" response.. kept saying they want to do an estimate to get their name out there...well, you successfully got your name out there as a RUDE AND SMART MOUTHED business... Calls me non-stop after I have repeatedly asked to be removed from call list!! I don’t need a roof!!

Pioneer roofing called me from a soliciting list of some kind. I was very polite to the person when they called and I had told them I just got out of surgery which I did and I still answered their question and without saying thank you or allowing me to say that I might have needed something done for them.
