4 of us went in there yesterday kinda by accident while walking around town before our flight back to the Bay Area. We were so impressed with David’s hospitality and his BEAUTIFUL shop cats almost were catnapped. David fixed us up with so many items for our four legged friends. Great store! Very friendly shop owner who clearly loves helping people and their pets. Very good prices as well, I go here to get my dog bones and toys all the time

This place is truly amazing! The service was spectacular! It was so nice to walk into Pioneer Pet feed & suppy and be greeted with such kindness. I had been to two other pet supply stores earlier today and this was by far MY FAVORITE! I was very impressed with the selection of high quality dog food and treats that they offer. The shop cats were cute and friendly to! Next time I'm in Seattle I'm definitely coming back!

I stopped in while wondering the city to buy a stray some food. The shop was nice with what appeared to be quality products, but I was sold by the customer service and friendliness of the owner which couldn't have been more informed or friendlier. It was an oasis of small town service in the middle of the busy city.
