RecommendedOwner welcomed us, showed us around the shop, introduced us to the shop dog and cats, they were all very friendly. Short-round (dog) offered up a little belly for rubbing and also showed us a toy which made this the best pet supply store I have ever been to.
I have nothing but great things to say about David and his store! 100% real and such a great small local business to support!
I love that this petstore is here. it's a great place to walk to with your dog, they have treats everywhere, and the owner loves animals so you can bring them in with you (as long as their leashed) and make a field trip out of it (at least, my dog loves when I do that).
it was my first time visiting Seattle and I wanted to get presents for my cats back home. While I don't remember their name but the day I visited the person working there was so helpful and friendly. They answered all my questions. If you need quality service with amazing products then you need to come to this store.

This place has consistently high quality items at a fair price but more importantly to me the owner and operator is extremely personable, kind, and interested in your needs. What a lovely shop. I feel better coming out after a purchase every time.

Penny and I love it here, David is extremely knowledgeable and always has a smile. This is the best store in all of Seattle paws down. I recommend that everyone come to pioneer pet at least once because thats all you need to see how absolutely wonderful David and this store truly is 🖤
