I live close by in Severance and went into Pioneer to get their expertise on rock we purchased several years ago through them. I brought a sample, and the 2 employees looked at it and gave me the name of the rock it was. What I received was not only not the same rock but also very poor quality. I called the store and the person working said "you basically get what you get" and "we do the best we can". If you don't have the rock than say that. Don't just sell to sell. Went and bought decorative rock for my front lawn. Super helpful, great service, thanks for making the process easy.
Worst experience with a supplier I have ever had. Purchased $12,000 dollars worth of artificial turf and rock. They sent me 2 different rolls of turf to install and refused to exchange or refund my money. Now my grass on my brand new home is 2 different colors. They also ran out of the rock I was using half way through my project. I now also have 2 different colors of rock at my house. FYI this company is now owned by site one.
Product not as described. Treated unprofessionally. Product didn’t meet expectations, set by company. I had to unload a ton of top soil with not help from any associates. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.
