Let me start by saying the carpet that was done looks great. The reason for the 3 stars is only due to the scheduling error made and the advertisement that they move the furniture (all of my furniture was shampooed around nothing moved) even after I specifically asked if I needed to clear the rooms and was told no. They are very friendly, fair priced, and fast and as I said the carpet that was done looks great. I would definitely recommend but I do advise if you want all the carpet cleaned that you clear the room prior to th... read more
