Andrew, Guy, and Joshua completed a three-day project to replace my air ducts and install a new Trane HVAC for me. It was a job and a half! They had to contend with a house extension with a very tight crawlspace, and my main crypt of a 'basement' is fit for Dracula. The three of them showed exceptional skill and efficiency. Worst customer service I’ve received in a very long time. Very Inconsiderate and uninformative. I called Friday to schedule a water heater replacement, and was told I would receive a call 30 minutes before arrival on Monday. When I called at 3:20 (after the original “ballpark” time I was given to expect a call), I was told that I was on the schedule for between 6:30-7 and that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival; when I reached back out at 7:20, I got the after hours service line which could over no a... read more

RecommendedCalled them early on a Saturday morning and they had us all fixed before lunch! Tech was super nice.
Great customer service and Max was a very polite and helpful technician. Max found and repaired the issue. I would definitely recommend Pioneer Heating and Air.

Excellent emergency response times. Just had to call in the middle of the night. Jake, the tech, diagnosed the issue very quickly, repaired the unit, verified it was working, and finally, covered all the info I needed to follow-up, if needed. This company is highly recommended.

Used Pioneer for semiannual maintenance last year, content with service. I had them come out Wednesday due to house not cooling. came out checked unit determined ductwork needed repair tech was good. I heard back from office to explain someone from sales would contact me about new ductwork. I had to leave several messages after finally hearing back from someone on Monday. Sales guy came out Tuesday to quote price for ductwork and I'm still waiting for a quote........I have since had an another estimate and had repairs done b... read more

my mom had a new HVAC unit put in her house about three years ago. it started crapping out a few months later. someone came to look at it, said it was fine, and it still didn't work properly. did this routine a few more times and then I decided to look at it myself. it looks like it was installed by idiots. the whole unit is sitting on a piece of old osb and two thin supporting braces that are very bent because they are type used to support plumbing pipes, not HVAC units. the entire unit is sagging and is constantly filled w... read more
