Dr. Wu is 100 percent the best dentist I have ever seen he knows I have dental anxiety and he is always patient with me so when it came time for me to see a specialist in his office my anxiety was extremely high but when I got to office Dr. Wu was there to actually introduce me to Dr. Lebowitz, I mean who takes the time to do that? I have been a patient here for about 5 years. Both my daughter and I like Pioneer Dental. Chelsea is nice and professional.
The office staff is amazing and the physicians are professional while keeping it light. My family and I recently moved to Billerica and we couldn't be happier with the patient care at this office. Highly recommended!
The Staff at Pioneer are complete Professionals, I called they set up a time convenient for me and called me the day before my appointment to remind me, once there they took me in at my promised time and were great to deal with on a personal level as well as a professional level , I will continue to go to Pioneer for all my Dentist needs .

I have been going to pioneer dental for over 15 years.. Love the all the hygienists, Drs, Manager and the front desk. Such a great staff! Always willing to help and work with your schedule. Highly recommended
