I would highly recommend Pioneer Cycle to anyone looking for a new bike. I've had a hybrid bike for years and was looking into getting a road bike. After visiting several other local shops, I still wasn't feeling confident in what I wanted to purchase (and wasn't feeling comfortable in such a large purchase), but after spending a big of time at Pioneer with Denise, I was able to find a bike that I felt comfortable purchasing. Great shop. Great bikes. Quick turn arounds time on service. Always have a tempting sale. 10/10 will shop again.
Will never buy a bike there again. Spend $500 on a giant bike and have to put almost 200 bucks into it to fix it. Than I call to talk to Mngr and was rude and would not work with me. I will never tell ppl to shop here again.
