They have always been very nice when weve been there. We have a few bike repairs there, they always fix it quickly and do a great job. They are honest so you dont have to worry about getting things fixed you didnt need. Great place
Customer Service at Pioneer Cycle is excellent. Denise and the rest of the staff are always willing to listen to concerns you have and offer good suggestions and solutions. I was concerned that I had the wrong bike for my needs and Denise made some adjustments to my bike and offered some great suggestions to make it work, rather than investing in a new bike.

The service was the deciding factor when purchasing my new bike. I hadn't ridden in many years, and the staff at Pioneer Cycle took the time to help me find the right ride for me. Their no pressure sales style is inviting. I will buy from them again, in fact I already have. Two weeks after purchasing my new bike, my son ordered his new bike from Pioneer as well!
I bought a bike for my daughter yesterday and so did my sister. Customer service was great, friendly and very helpful. I liked them so much I went back today and bought a bike for myself. I will be returning often for accessories and any service and future bike needs.
