If I could I did not give the person any star. He is not a trustworthy person. Not knowing what is he doing and he make your job cost double or triple. with technicality and knowledge he can hardly can read or write English, or even floor plan. He orders extra material or he is short with material all the time and charge you for expensive deliveries. For work ethic I give him zero( he and his son steal without shame.)
