RecommendedGreat customer service. While traveling from Ohio to Virginia pulling our travel trailer with our 2015 Chevy 2500 , it started missing very badly. Found Pioneer Chevrolet. Troy Lamb and his service team got us in and out very quickly and charge was minimum. Thank you for making our day much better.

They don’t wear masks so they don’t care about potential customer’s health. But I am sure this helps them lie through their teeth better. They had 3months to take care of all paper work. But they can’t do simple paper work. They lie instead and try to blame it on my family. Claim that my title for the car I traded in was never received. Then state that I need a new copy. I go to BMV who says Pioneer already transferred the title into their name. Then come to find out the car was already sold. Now I have a new vehicle that ca... read more

I am very dissatisfied with my experience at Pioneer. Nothing like buying a brand new truck just to find out 3 months later they didn’t file for the title. Now my tags are expired and was told that the title wasn’t filed due to them not receiving the title for my trade, of which I had delivered to them 3 months ago! My husband went to the BMV to get a duplicate just to be told the cars title was already transferred to Pioneer. I went to the dealership not knowing what I wanted. The only thing I was sure of was that I wanted a car with lower mileage and high gas mileage. Rocky and Mike were fantastic in helping me find the car that was right for me.
The entire staff is so incredibly friendly and they genuinely care and will do their best to get you into a nice vehicle. I had such an amazing experience with them, and Rocky was an awesome sales person to work with. What a great experience!
