I hope anyone considering doing business with these people take time to read this review. I had a company vehicle stolen from my property on Sunday. After a full day of trying to figure out where the vehicle was I discovered it was stolen and the driver ended up getting pulled over and arrested. Pioneer was called to tow and impound the vehicle. Towed my new 3500 GMC and ended up with scratches from front to back. Some right to the primer. Mirror was folded in and had scratches that could not have happened if truck was being driven. When discussed with owner of towing. Said it was like that when he picked it up. Clearly was driven through a low branch.
