Just heard our 96 year old neighbor is being evicted because of her little dog not being on a leash. Yes, Ellie should have her on a leash, but she is very frail, as is the dog, and the person from Evergreen incited the incident that has created the eviction. We know because we observed it. This is a sad commentary on Evergreen management.
