I highly recommend PPI!!! We were in the process of buying a newly built home, and it had been suggested that we still consider an independent inspection even though the house is new. I contacted Jim to inquire about a home inspection. After explaining to him that we were out of the area (neighboring state) and not near to the home we needed inspected, Jim came up with a plan to make it all happen. As we were discussing the inspection, it was clear that he took his work very seriously and without question, came across as a knowledgeable home inspector and a “customer guy”.
