Arnel came to my home to fix my Samsung refrigerator because it kept over freezing. I am so grateful that he came because he fixed the problem and now we can use it and it is back functioning properly. He was on time, extremely professional, and educated me on how to avoid it over freezing again. I would definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you Arnel.
I just gave the appliance repair person, Arnel, 5 stars because he was SO great. If they had had 10 stars, I would give him a 10. If you are looking for a dependable, honest, and really good appliance technician then look no more. Arnel is it. We experienced a situation where someone could have easily taken advantage of us but Arnel was honest, which is hard to find these days! ARNEL is a very knowledgeable and experienced appliance repair technician. He was able to diagnose the problem inwas having with my washer in less than a minute and he also ordered the correct part and replaced it with the non-functional part on the machine. He is a top notch professional tech!
