June 11, I booked 7 seats for the July 26 painting class. July 17, over a week before the class, I emailed them from my personal email requesting a refund for ONE ticket because one member of our party was experiencing a hardship. They ignored me. Went to a class that was marketed as a “mommy and me” painting class on Mother’s Day from 2-4. It was our family (2 adults & 2 kids- almost 11 & almost 6) and another family (2 adults & 2 tweens). The class felt very rushed and even when we asked for more time, the teacher just kept going. Everyone was “done” and out by 3:25. Really one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. Whoever is managing the appointments needs to realize that if you’re going to be interfacing with customers then you should treat them with basic human decency and not assume that they are the cause of every issue that may have come up.
!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY FOR SPECIAL EVENTS!! I had an awful experience at Pinot’s Palette for my birthday on October 6th, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a special occasion. From the start, everything was a mess.
