The staff are super sweet, and the atmosphere was great! I really enjoyed painting and hope to come back again soon!
Really one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a business. Whoever is managing the appointments needs to realize that if you’re going to be interfacing with customers then you should treat them with basic human decency and not assume that they are the cause of every issue that may have come up.
!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS, ESPECIALLY FOR SPECIAL EVENTS!! I had an awful experience at Pinot’s Palette for my birthday on October 6th, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a special occasion. From the start, everything was a mess.
