Great experience and apartment! The property manager is a pleasure to work with and accommodating. The common areas are clean and well-maintained. Any maintenance issues that have arisen have been addressed and repaired right away.

Last week, after not receiving any replies from office, I decided to visit the leasing office in person to arrange a tour after couple days and they booked one for today. When I arrived at the scheduled time, the office employee was clearly inside but did not even bother to open the door. Instead, the building staff member kept me waiting outside and, in a very rude and dismissive manner, told me that she was sick and unavailable to meet — apparently following her instructions. Absolutely disgusting outside. Dog poop on every piece of grass. Why allow dogs if you wont enforce any rules or consequences to negligent owners that don't pick up after their animal. About two and a half months ago there was a pipe burst and The emergency maintainace was called instead of sending a normal maintenance request due the severety of the water And they still tell you to send a nonemergency request. Whats the point of an emergency number if you still need to fill out a non-urgent maintenance request
