Absolutely disgusting outside. Dog poop on every piece of grass. Why allow dogs if you wont enforce any rules or consequences to negligent owners that don't pick up after their animal. About two and a half months ago there was a pipe burst and The emergency maintainace was called instead of sending a normal maintenance request due the severety of the water And they still tell you to send a nonemergency request. Whats the point of an emergency number if you still need to fill out a non-urgent maintenance request

Recently moved after 3yrs of living here. The complex went really down hill.. When we 1st moved in, things were clean and safe. Now, people are constantly fighting outside, loudly arguing for everyone to hear and blare music out of thier balcony window's all day. There are unsupervised children in the hallways frequently and dog poop everywhere. There is trash outside and in common areas daily and the downstairs garbage room is absolutely disgusting. Look, y'seen one new construction building y'seen 'em all. But who's complaining. At the end of the day, a property is only going to be as good as the people running the ship. Renee along with the maintenance to the people charged with cleaning the property and residents alike do about as conscientious a job at guiding this pivotal property which among other things plays a very instrumental role in the community for people with special needs, to being a pleasant, social, safe and welcoming haven for its diverse residents.
