RecommendedLike every company you have your likes and dislikes,but is a decent company to work for.I worked on the rathole side and Lance the guy who runs it is easy to get along with and will work with ya when you have issues...pay is competitive so yea give em ah try!...You’ll either like it or ya won’t :)
Work there from 2004-2011 at Carthage yard when they opened the doors in 2004 and just came back in 2018 good company treated me good both times
They don’t stand behind there work. Drilled 6 water wells for a Frac pond In Frierson for me. 4 of them were making sand eating up pump. 3 graveled up. Had to get someone else to come re drill the wells because they wouldn’t or don’t warranty there work.
February 15th I will have 10 years with the company out of godley Texas I have enjoyed it and the people who work there and the bosses.
When work slowed, had a 5% pay reduction. Jumped ship for another company paying $4.50 more an hour, doing the same thing. Profits before people.
Pinnergy is a great company full of awesome people, the drivers are really friendly & great on safety, i hope you all can get plenty more work in the surrounding big spring area.
I was not happy with Pinnergy .Extremely Poor on drivers safety in working conditions. I stopped working for my own safety.
