Great Service and People. We had a small leak on our second story roof. Justin came out the next day, found the problem and fixed it all within 5 minutes. Explained to me what the problem was and how he fixed it. He also looked over the rest of my roof and gave me things to look out for. Took pictures of everything so I could see what he was looking at. Great guy, great work, great experience. Thank you Justin.
We selected Pinnacle to deal with our insurance and wind damage on our roof. Justin was extremely helpful and did a great job explaining things. When my insurance disagreed with a few areas, Justin talked to them on the phone and was able to explain the rationale and PA Code.
