So I had a leak at my house and I called a bunch of different companies on a Sunday and it went to voicemail so I just hung up and keep trying other companies. Nobody answered then I got a phone call back from one of the roofing companies Pinnacle roofing. They got me scheduled up and had somebody out in two days, which was pretty fast seeing that we had a huge storm. Pinnacle re-shingled my house. The reason we chose them is they have done about 8-9 houses on our street in the last year. All their jobs look good from the road, so I interviewed four of the homeowners. All of them said Pinnacle was excellent. They may not be the cheapest, but rather than save a few dollars and regret it when the appearance isn't good or the roof leaks, it's better to pay a little more and know that it will be done right. What kind of roofer schedules an appointment for 6 days from when you call about an active leak just inform you when they do come to look at the problem "we're not scheduling any more repair work this year". Pinnacle roofing, that's who. I have had good experiences with them on repairs and roof inspections in the past. But not this time and never again.
