Very quick an professional!! last weekend we woke up to our water not working, we called Pinnacle and there technician Matt was out there on Saturday within an hour! He was able to find a loose wire in our water pump relay and were back to normal very quickly! great work highly recommend!
Everyone at Pinnacle provides fast service for emergencies and routine repairs as requested. They are all friendly & professional and they explain what had happened, they shared videos of the leak from the broiler & they sprayed the ceiling to stop any mold from growing. Here’s a big shout out to Alex & Rob and all the others guy who helped me through the last 3 years! Thank you all!
I emailed because we had something in the crawl space between our ceiling and the roof. They sent an exterminator the same day. We are so grateful to have them taking care of our apartment building.
With the place i am renting from. It takes them over a week to look at maintenance requests and when answered they do not fix anything. We have had them out here multiple times to "fix" problems here and it never gets done at all.
