We had the opportunity to partner with Pinnacle Repair & Remodeling as an onsite partner at one of our remote properties. We used them in various capacities over that period ranging from everyday standard tenant maintenance requests all the way to a full-scale unit turnover. Jon and his crew were always right on the ball and the communication was second to none when I needed an answer on any project or invoice. I would highly recommend Jon and his team.
Jon and his team have been a life saver. We own and operate 50 rental properties and I couldn't do it without him. His team is quick to respond and quick to get in touch with our tenants, leaving them happy and wanting to continue to rent from us by association. I can't say enough about them and I've recommended them consistently to anyone who will listen!
Very quick an professional!! last weekend we woke up to our water not working, we called Pinnacle and there technician Matt was out there on Saturday within an hour! He was able to find a loose wire in our water pump relay and were back to normal very quickly! great work highly recommend!
