As a first time home buyer, Rachel was very giving of her time and knowledge to explain and help coach and lead me in the process. When I would see a listing which I wanted to tour, Rachel was very responsive and timely in meeting with me at the prospective home. Rachel was always easy to work with, very kind and considerate, and helped me negotiate a very nice purchase. She fights for her seller. She's straight to the point and doesn't play games. Melissa took over the process from start to finish. She notified us of every offer. Set us up to recieve messages when there was a showing. She will meet you any where to make it easy on you for signing documents.
Melissa is great to work with. Her communication skills are top notch! We had a closing together and everything went super smooth as she was so easy to work with and very knowledgeable in her role.
