Yesterday 4-17-25 around 2:45pm I met Jessica over at the property. We walked in and walked through it. Maintenace was still there, we waited for them to leave and then looked more. The sink in the bathroom has water damage and water sitting under the pipes in the cabinet. The cabinets on both sides in the kitchen are dry rotted from lots of water damage. This company violated the right to free speech of one of their tenants by evicting them for refusing to take down a Palestinian flag. They’ve always been slum lords (see reviews elsewhere) and now they support genocide. Do not work with them.
